The Pine Castle Historical Society is grateful to our Partners and our Grantors whose support is making possible the creation of a hometown history museum for South Orange County. We look forward to appropriately recognizing them when our museum opens.
ABOUT US:
PCHS works to Preserve, Restore, Archive, Publish, Envision, and Educate. Thanks to Ann and Larry White’s donation of land, PCHS was able to rescue the Crawford House, which is now being restored as an ADA compliant structure. This historic 1919 house will become the Pine Castle History Museum. It is scheduled to open by 2023-2024.
PCHS is working with Orange County to conceptualize the future of the Pine Castle Community. This is beginning with the beautification of Wilks Ave (where the Museum is located). Orange County has added 5′ wide sidewalks on both sides of the street. They will also plant shade trees.
