On January 10, 2024, the Board of Directors voted to standardize the renewal date for all memberships to March 31st annually. This action was done to improve financial management and budgeting accuracy. Overall, this change aims to streamline the membership renewal process, improve financial tracking, and facilitate better budgeting for your organization. Previously, membership donations were due annually on the unique anniversary date of each member, resulting in a variety of due dates throughout the year.

All Members will be recognized in the Annual Report. Sponsors will be recognized in the Annual Report, in a Quarterly Newsletter, in the Conway News, in the Program for the BBQ, Beer & Bluegrass fundraiser, and on a sign in the BBQ Sponsor’s Tent. A permanent Sponsor Recognition Book will be kept at the museum when it opens.
